Team Resilience & Support.
Team Resilience & Support is an in-person team building experience created to help healthcare teams build awareness, language, and practical strategies for navigating indirect stress and emotional strain in mission-driven work.
Designed to be adapted for both virtual and in-person formats, the experience combines reflection, structured discussion, and actionable tools to support individual and team well-being.

This project was developed in response to the emotional demands placed on teams working in high-stress healthcare environments. The goal was to create a learning experience that acknowledged the realities of indirect stress while offering practical, accessible ways for teams to reflect, connect, and identify supportive practices.
The challenge was to design something that felt grounded and useful — not overly clinical, abstract, or performative.

I designed this experience to function flexibly as both a facilitated session and an asynchronous learning resource. The content was structured to support reflection, normalize common workplace experiences, and introduce a range of support strategies at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
To keep the experience engaging and approachable, I used Rise as both a presentation tool and a self-paced resource, pairing concise content with reflection prompts, visual framing, and practical examples. The overall design aimed to create enough structure to guide learners while still allowing space for personal meaning-making and team discussion.
