Communication & Conflict is a workplace learning experience designed to help employees build practical skills for navigating feedback, tension, and interpersonal differences at work. Developed in Articulate Rise, the course combines concise concept-building with reflection and application opportunities to support clearer communication, stronger working relationships, and more productive conflict engagement.

Workplace conflict and communication challenges are often addressed inconsistently — or only after they’ve already affected team dynamics and performance. This project was created to provide a more proactive learning experience that helps employees build shared language, self-awareness, and practical strategies for navigating common interpersonal challenges at work.
The goal was to create something approachable, relevant, and grounded in real workplace dynamics rather than abstract conflict theory.

The learning experience introduces key communication and conflict ideas in a concise, accessible format and encourages learners to consider how those dynamics show up in their own work relationships and team environments.
The overall design emphasizes clarity, usability, and psychological realism — helping learners move beyond “best practices” in theory and toward more thoughtful communication choices in everyday workplace situations.
